Our suite leasing operates under a Licence Agreement that allows for Quick commencement as there is no commercial lease agreements to be Prepared.

Enquire about term of lease and range of suite sizes from 14.5m2 to 52.8m2.

Furnished suites, if available at time of enquiry, is at no cost and includes executive desk, filing cabinet, executive chair and visitors' chairs, refrigerator, electric jug and artwork on wall.

When you lease a suite in the Corporate Business Centre we are there to meet, greet and direct your clients. Reception operates from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Day-Stay Suites
If you're travelling from interstate; require extra room for that specific project or extra staff; or just need the presence of a suite - whether it be for an hour, a day, a week or even longer, our Day-Stay Suites are a perfect choice.

Fully furnished in our distinctive furnishings and décor, your office comes complete with desk and visitor chairs.

Access to photocopier, fax, kitchen facilities, support services and presentation equipment are also available.

Support Services
At Corporate Business Centre the staff are experienced in various computer programs with specialised skills in the presentation of work.

Our secretarial services charge is a minimum of $22 and actual time taken to complete task is at an hourly rate of $33.

Reception staff is also available to complete other duties such as photocopying, mail-outs, filing and other office requirements.

Virtual Office - Telephone Answering Service
Many small businesses do not require a full time office; however, the role of Receptionist cannot be successfully replaced by an answering machine. To overcome this situation Corporate Business Centre can provide a 'Virtual Office' styled to meet your specific requirements.

We provide a dedicated phone number answered in your Company name and take messages as directed by you. These are passed on to you via fax, email or per your instructions.

Conference & Meeting Places
There are times that you need extra room to hold regular meetings, conferences and lectures. The Corporate Business Centre has an executive boardroom that can be hired on a half or full day rate.

The facilities of this room consist of a television, video, whiteboard and comfortable seating for 18 - 25 people. The hiring of visual aids can also be organised for you at your expense along with catering for your function with a selective and competitively priced menu available.

The Corporate Business Centre is the ideal location for bringing people together - from motivational sessions to conducting interviews, whatever your need be, meet in comfort and private surroundings.
